A house wife teaching her cooking skills globally by Yash Sharda

​A typical house wife in India is all occupied in daily chores throughout the year similar was the story of our Enthuziastic cooking class instructor Mrs Shikha Sharda. As a seed just needs soil and water to nurture and rest is done by the determination of mother earth so is the belief of Enthuziastic founder Mrs Vinti Maheshwari, she believes that every individual has a talent which just need a platform to showcase there skills and Shikha with the help of Vinti's vision and determination was able to bring her talent out in the public. A mother of three kids living in a joint family in a small town of Rajasthan is now spreading her love of cooking across the globe. Amid covid-19 lockdown in India and across the globe, she got a chance to showcase her skills to public via live video call sessions and started gathering an audience who started falling in love with her recipes of tradititional Rajisthani food. She liked to cook food rich in flavours, spices and Ghee. Early in her life she had a very little experience of cooking as she got married at an early age and in a very diferent culture, her early marriege cooking life was filled with challanges as she was having no clue of how to cook food in a traditional rajasthani household. As a saying goes "Path towards every mans heart goes through the stomach" is unquestionably true for every rajasthani, with her dedication and determination she learnt all the cooking with all the challanges put in front of her. Now after having an experience of over 25 Years she is making people come to know about her learnings. She believes that if She can learn all this so can everyone. 

She was always full of confidence and enthusiasm, enthuziastic just provided her a platform and the guidance to make her spread her joy of cooking with others.
