Hi, I am Anushka Punjabi, a 6th grader from sunny California. I strongly believe that every dark cloud has a silver lining.J.K Rowling once quoted, “I think it's the books that you read when you're young that live with you forever.” Following the footsteps of my grandma and mom, I developed a passion for reading from a young age and would sometimes sit for hours trying to finish a book. I run a book club and have been part of a few more. I believe everyone should experience the magic of reading. My interest in reading is only surpassed by my love for eating! My cooking journey was influenced by all of my travels and my forever fascination of how a few simple everyday ingredients can magically transform into something so delicious. 
I was also privileged to be introduced to Anapana, a mindfulness technique that has helped me more so during the COVID phase.
“To whom much is given, much is expected”. I believe and love the vision of the Enthusiastic team of bringing so many talented people under one platform and giving them the opportunity to share their knowledge. As a result, I now conduct classes on cooking, craft and meditation. I am happy to be part of this family and share my ideas and interests; after all enthusiasm is contagious!
